No Return Policy

At First Down Frames, we take pride in offering only 100% authentic, certified sports memorabilia. Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and documented before shipment to ensure accuracy and authenticity.

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of collectible and authenticated memorabilia, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy helps protect the integrity and value of each collectible, as well as maintain authenticity for all customers.

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is if an item is damaged during shipping. In such rare cases:

  • You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damage and original packaging must be provided.

  • Upon verification, we will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the matter appropriately.

Authentication Guarantee

All autographed products are accompanied by third-party authentication (e.g., Beckett, JSA, or PSA). This guarantee ensures that every item is genuine. Because of this verification, no returns are accepted based on personal opinion or buyer’s remorse.
