1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from First Down Frames,  you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

2. Authenticity and Product Descriptions

We specialize in sports memorabilia, including autographed photos, jerseys, and equipment.

  • Certificates of Authenticity (COA): All autographed items come with a company Hologram from a reputable third-party authenticator (e.g., PSA/DNA, JSA, Beckett). Some items may be delivered with a COA card, when possible. 

  • Product Representation: We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to the unique nature of memorabilia:

    • Autograph placement and ink color may vary slightly from stock photos if we have multiple quantities of the same item.

    • Vintage items may show signs of age or wear, which will be noted in the description.

  • Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in USD $.

  • Payment Methods: We accept most payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo. 

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department.

4. Return and Refund Policy (ALL SALES FINAL)

Please read this section carefully before making a purchase.

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the volatile market value of sports memorabilia and the risk of item swapping or damage, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying the item "as-is."

  • Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items):

    • If you receive an item that is materially different from the description (e.g., wrong player, wrong item) or was damaged during transit, you must contact us within 3 Days of delivery.

    • Claims for damaged items must include clear photographic evidence of the packaging and the damaged item.

    • Resolution for valid claims will be at the sole discretion of First Down Frames and may include store credit or a replacement if available.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 3 business days.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from First Down Frames are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Down Frames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the services or products, or for cost of procurement of substitute goods. Our liability is limited to the actual amount paid by you for the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
